loved the Avocado & Salmon Roll for the simplicity and perfection of the avocado in it. The Ventura Roll was nice and spicy. Spicy Lancaster Roll was big!!! took two bites to eat and loved it. don't know which roll came with sauce, but it was like a kewpie/ponzu mix that was great on everything. very good value, an easy way to doordash sushi in Camarillo.

Presentation is amazing! Both California Roll and Crunch Roll were thick cuts so thats always a plus! Big scoop of spicy tuna for the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna and sauce was onthe sauce for everything! Tasted amazing!

Masa sushi is one of the best spots in Ventura County. The quality and potion of the sushi is absolutely outstanding.
The Masa Omakase is amazing if you love nigiri type sushi. All the pieces of fish were fresh and delicious. The spicy tuna roll that came with it was not my favorite due to the tuna being mushy.
The Sushi & Sashimi Special was delicious as well. The marbling on the sashimi were perfect. Everything was fresh and my favorite part was the salmon. The salmon has this perfect soft and fatty rich taste, one of my favorites.
The Super Mario Roll was not my favorite, the roll itself just wasn't very well put together and as soon as I grabbed a piece, it all fell apart. I wanted to give this roll a try but unfortunately did not meet the standards for a good roll.
The Avocado & Salmon Roll was okay to say least. The avocado was fresh but when taking a bite all I tasted was avocado, it would be hard to tell there was salmon in the roll.
The Salmon (Sake) and the Yellotail (Hamachi) were absolutely amazing. The fish to rice ratio was perfect. The marbling on both were amazing. I would have posted more photos but it only allows me to post 5, these pieces are a MUST TRY.
Overall I wanted to try new rolls to review but unfortunately some did not meet the requirements for a good roll. The nigiri and sashimi pieces were the star of the show and I can't stress this enough to trust the chef and get the omakase. I 100% would order again and I will continue to try new items.

Absolutely loved the Salmon (Sake) and Yellowtail (Hamachi) nigiri. Fish to rice ratio was amazing and the fish was fresh.
Masa Omakase was great as well. This dish is why I gave my rating a 4 star rating. Again, fish to rice ratio is amazing. Quality of freshness is amazing BUT some of the pieces had so much wasabi that it hurt my head and froze me in time waiting for the feeling to go away.
Y2K Roll was good, no complaints but nothing insane.
Ventura Roll was great. I usually prefer salmon over anything but this made me enjoy spicy tuna alot more. I recommend.

The Miso Soup was hot and tasty! The Fire Cracker Roll is perfectly spicy with a good crunch, it tastes very fresh. I love the Avocado & Salmon Roll, it's simple yet tasty, and the Jeff San Roll was very tasty as well! Everything tasted fresh and made for a great dinner 😊
