Noodles were clumped up dry and had no flavor. Wonton skin was broken up. Beef brisket was okay. But also small portion relative to price.

I never had tofu that the color is so dark. It was slightly salty. The Pig Stomach with White Pepper & Gingko Soup was a bit too salty as well.

Ordered the dried scallop egg white rice this time and it had peas and carrots added. Never had that before the several times ordered in the past. Disappointing
