Delicious flavor and tenderness of the beef saltado but I wouldn't order the fries again for delivery though as they are sent in a sealed plastic container so they get soggy. I know soggy fries are normal in the Saltado but on their own they should be crispy.

Very good food. Ordered salchi papas as a side and it was great. The lomo and pollo is good too.
