I ordered the Tonkotsu Pork Chashu Ramen. The broth was rich, creamy, and layered with flavors. The pork belly melted in my mouth, the seafood was fresh, and the generous garnishes, especially the chopped green onions and wood ear mushrooms, added a nice balance to the overall taste. The egg complemented the other ingredients beautifully, making every bite truly satisfying. The ramen was delicious, and the presentation was thoughtful and thoughtful. It exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!!!

The food from Birdman was amazing! Our favorite item was the shrimp crab wontons but everything was delicious. The Osaka Cheesecake was the perfect dessert to end our meal with. They also had amazing deals to choose from! 10/10 experience ordering from Birdman Ramen!

Ordered the Dan Dan Noodle (Soupless) although they were spicy, they somehow was lacking in flavor. Chicken Karaage was delicious, but I don't think it travels well. I've had this at the restaurant, and when fresh and hot, it's fantastic.

The food taste pretty good, but I've never ordered Rehman and received such a small amount of broth before. They barely give you enough to cover the noodles and meat when you mix them together.... I ordered Rehman a couple times a month in the winter and I thought I try a new place but I don't think I'd go back.
