First time ordering and very impressed. I drink milk teas all the time and didn't think I would taste any difference from other tea houses. But I really enjoyed the different topping and quality of the drink here. I like 30% sugar level. Only thing I will complain about is the size of the drink; it's a bit on the smaller size for the price. But I will order again because quality is great!

Have ordered here so many times but this time is very disappointing the whipped cream is so little and without any pecans. The jasmine latte is also taste diluted.

The Classic Mango Pomelo Sago is our go-to! The taste is perfection and you can tell the freshness in the ingredients. They were also quick to make our pickup order, which made it so easy to be in and out. We will definitely order again!

Ordered the Classic Mango Pomelo Sago and added brown sugar boba. $10 for a drink is a little steep. I did order a large but I could get the same size drink, similar quality for less elsewhere.

If you don't like your drink, they won't change it or even help with adjusting the sweetness. The quality of customer service is disappointing given their prices.
