Legit best burgers I've had in a while. Cowboy burger was perfection and the tots were so crisp and delicious.

We picked up dinner from here the other night for the second time, after having a good first experience. This time I ordered the baba yum burger which comes with lettuce, tomato, pickles - I added bacon and smashed onion and only cheese and bacon was on the burger, I didn’t do a create your own, and I didn’t hit “no lettuce, no pickle, no tomato” so why is it missing? My husband went to head in to get the veggies on the side because I felt bad having them remake it. They were really nice and even walked the veggies out so we could wait in the car. My husband got the baba yum burger and added a patty and he got all the veggies so it was pretty confusing why I didn’t but it wasn’t until I went to add the veggies that I saw there was no onion smashed in but not a huge deal. My husband and I both worked in the food industry for a while so we’re pretty understanding and flexible - I just chalked it go to an off-night.
Well I didn’t really get the burger I wanted the other night so I was craving it and I am recovering from surgery with a giant cast on my right wrist so I can’t drive (or cook) so I ordered it on DoorDash.
Again added bacon and this time added Carmelized onions and AGAIN that was the only thing on the burger despite not selecting to remove any veggies and to top the entire experience off, I was missing my soda. The burger itself is also a sloppy greasy mess today to the point where I am not going to eat it and only got a $7 refund from DoorDash because I technically got a burger despite it not being a quality burger or the burger I wanted.
This is confusing and at this point just feels careless. I not only cannot drive to get the correct burger but I also lost money on the entire experience and if I order from somewhere else, that is just more money down the drain. And as you imagine, I am not cooking since I cannot use my dominate hand so I don’t even have anything to cook myself so I have no real choice other than to order from another establishment.
My husband and I were excited to try their baba yum fries next but I personally won’t be itchy to go back anytime soon because why give me the option to remove everything that comes on the burger if you’re just going to take the liberty to remove it all anyways? I spent more $ to add the bacon so I find it super frustrating that after spending additional money, I had all the veggies removed on my behalf even though I didn’t ask for that nor is that standard how it was supposed to come.

Not really a fan of how the patty was done. Probably wouldn't order it again. Flavor good though.
