Have ordered from this place a few times - as a sandwich fiend, I long for a good gourmet sandwich.
That being said - it's a little overpriced for how simple the sandwiches actually are. There's not a lot of complexity to the flavors, and gives the aura of a rebranded Italian deli made for the TikTok/viral media crowd. I can hear the AI generated voice now reading "come with me to the viral Italian deli in williamsburg."
You can tell they prioritize ingredients over the bread - the insides of the sandwich are fresh and tasty, but the bread can be so thin and dry that everything just wants to slide out.
The heros have been a much better value over the standard panini. It's worth throwing a couple extra bucks for what feels like a double portion.
If you have a discount or credit, it's certainly worth a try. However - I probably wouldn't pay full price.

The sandwich was AMAZING. The chicken cutlet was perfectly thin and crispy. Like they just got cooked! Made to order quality. The cheese and zucchini combo slapped. And, the aioli, sheesh. It was the perfect size. You're not too full and you feel great after. I'm so excited to continue coming here and hope that this convinces you to do the same. Really awesome to support someone that provides laughs to so many.

The Toots is a good portion and great flavor - have gotten it a few times and will get again, but the Italian Cheesecake has a strange flavor, maybe almond extract, that overpowers the whole thing and tastes like perfume.
