I ordered the family size cheddar baked potato soup because I'm in the hospital and have a problem swallowing regular food and I was so disappointed my potato soup was actually just a large portion of extra mashed potatoes😔 this is my favorite kind of soup and I was really looking forward to it. Managed to swallow a couple bites of the mashed potatoes but it's just not the same thing. I think you can do better.

I was very happy with my order. We ordered Rise & Shine Burger meals and they were perfect and great portions for the price. Whoever the cook or staff that prepared our order was, they genuinely cared about what they were doing. Old fashioned values in a modern world 😁

I ordered the slow roasted turkey bacon melt with a side of french fries and broccoli. The broccoli was actually the best part of the meal. Because the preparer of the meal packaged the french fries and sandwich in the same container, when I did arrive home with the meal, the fries were very soggy due to the sandwich sitting on top of the french fries. Directly under the sandwich, the french fries that were there seemed undercooked as they were a bit chewy and lacked any type of crispness. The sandwich itself would have been good except for the turkey was a bit dry and did not taste as if it was freshly made.
I'm actually pretty shocked that my meal was this way because I've had this two times before and it was phenomenal both times. If I ever order this meal again, I hope it won't come out the same way that this one did.

I had several missing items from my order. everything was thrown in bag and Ice cream on top of hot food which melted completely. chopped steak was burnt and there was barely any gravy on turkey. was extremely dry. Restaurant manager did apologize when I called.
