• 4/8/26This was the best Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ sandwich I have had delivered. The bread was fresh, all items requested were on the sandwich. Didn't get my pickle, but I was very happy with the sandwich.

• 11/9/25I asked for white bread they gave me wheat bread. I am allergic to tomatoes and onions. It had tomatoes and onions on it. Please see the pictures by the way. This is a replacement sub they sent out after sending me the wrong sub. I am very unhappy.

• 8/6/26As seen on the receipt I ordered chips and a pickle spear. I only received a sandwich. When I contacted the door dash driver he said he was told everything was in the bag when he picked it up. The sandwich was good but not $23.00 good!!

• 19/1/26I asked and paid for double meat on my sandwaich didn't get it also asked for chopped pickles didn't get those either. barley any lettuce on my sandwich. horrible sandwich, to say the least! for the price i paid, this is ridiculous!

• 10/11/25Well I paid $1.95 for a cookie that Firehouse left out and DoorDash gave me a fabulous credit of $1.61...the food I got was good but what is with that prorated refund for food not received? Maybe it's time to cancel the DashPass.
