I usually have a great experience with NYBP. Placed a $100 order and was a little upset with a couple things. The Hoboken was overcooked and very dry. And i was missing some cheese from the Brooklyn Mozzarella Logs. NYBP produces a great product 99.9% of the time.

Ordered extra chicken on salad never received but charged for . Mac & cheese very bland no flavor & campfire container was not closed & food went all over.

The food was great, but I wish they'd stop putting the croutons in the soup when preparing the order. They're soft and mushy by the time the food is delivered.

I loved the tacos. Next time I will get the coleslaw on the side. It made the tortillas soggy.
