The sandwich looked old and stale but it tasted alright. It's better when you just go get it yourself. Not a fresh when you wait for someone to bring it to you.

I love the Hook & Ladder and that I can add or take away items on the sandwich. I got the medium one. The turkey and ham are delicious with the melted cheese. it was fresh and the portion was just right for me. I'll always order again!!

Chicken n' Cheddar Rancher missing most of the chicken, no lettuce or tomatoes, what happened to the bacon???. I didn't even have enough chicken to cover my Sandwich..... Hook & Ladder was meh

The packaging was covered in dressing and sauce. Food was sloppy and overly salty
