Love the Asada Fries! I remember ordering them late one night for the first time and not having high expectations, but they seriously hit. I ordered them again another time for lunch, and they were still just as good!

The french fries were awesomeas always and the Quesa Birria Tacos were so delicious and big portion. It was fresh like they always and I've been eating at El Salchichón for a few months now. Easily my favorite food truck.

The Veggie Nachos are so amazing. Covered with fresh fajita veggies and lots of all the other yummy stuff on regular nachos. I don't think there's any others like this Humboldt! The best!
