Chicken shack has the best food always cooked to perfection and the way you like it. The potatoes are always buttery delicious coleslaw. Gotta have your vegetable with your dinner portion just right and would order it again and again and again always fresh hot and delicious.

We ordered 2 chicken meals and 2 sides of cole slaw.
We did not get the potatoes in either meal.
When we called to complain the counter person said we ordered the cole slaw which eliminated the potatoes, but they charged our credit card for the potatoes. They gave as a receipt for $28.25 but charged our card $39.71. A lot of money for a couple pieces of chicken and a little cup of cole slaw

Last few times ordering the Tender Meals the tenders have been extremely salty. Manager Sue said we never get complaints and basically dismissed my concern. All I was trying to do was notify them them not everyone likes salty food and something is wrong. They have not always been that salty. Choose a different location that cares about quality.

The Chicken was overcooked, dry and tasted burnt. The ribs were dry, chewy and cold.
The potatoes were dry and flavorless.
The coleslaw was okay.
The fried Mushrooms were the best part of the meal.
So very disappointing considering we've been customers for near 30 years. I had hoped my previous unsatisfactory experience had been a fluke. Unfortunately, it's not.
