• 29/4/25The Egg Drop Soup was very rich and full of flavor. The Shrimp Spring Rolls were extra crispy and loaded with a good amount of shrimp and vegetables. The Phad Thai was good. I definitely got my money's worth.

• 1/3/23If you like meat thats the texture of wet felt, you'll love this place.
Lo mein was bland and dry. Egg roll was greasy. Potstickers were a foamy, squishy texture and flavorless. Mongolian beef had very good flavor - however refer to wet felt comment and was a fraction of a portion. Instructions were followed to sub broccoli, no onion. Not enough broccoli, about 6 pieces for an extra $2.75. Rice was plain, not even salted, but cooked correctly.
Will never order from here again.

• 15/9/23This may be the worst Chinese reataurnt in Columbus! The dumplings were about 5x as thick as they should be and the filling is just gross! The shrimp toast is soooo greasy and the flavor is off. The shrimp tempura is mushy and the dumpling sauce is just soy- nothing else.

• 17/9/23I've been a customer of Windchimes for years (usually in store). I was very surprised and disappointed at the take out order I received last night. I ordered the Chicken Broccoli with Fried Rice. The chicken was flavorless and appeared to be boiled which gave it a weird texture and no taste. The broccoli was hard and under cooked and the fried rice seemed like something from a box. I couldn't even eat the meal it was so bad. The only thing that was good was the shrimp spring roll. That was an expensive dinner to not be satisfied. Sorry Windchimes but you've changed and not for the better.

• 4/2/25The potstickers were horrible. The breading was not typical, thick and crumbly like cornbread, and didn't have a good taste. The wonton soup hardly had any flavor. I only ate it because i was sick, but i threw the potstickers away. Not as many wontons as the picture showed. The crunchy noodles tasted like nasty oil.
