He created Cuban Eddie's in Dumont, New Jersey, to honor their culture and intrinsic passion for cuisine.
Food was so fresh and seasoned perfectly. The roast pork and Ropa were the best i have ever tasted! Great food and huge portions! I am hooked!

Cuban sandwich was good. Pork was a bit dry. Plantain was delicious.empanadas show 3 in picture however you only get one. Just so you know.

The food has gone down hill significantly. The chicharrone was completely undercooked and inedible, the red beans sitting in water- soupy. Tostones were thick and soggy. Lacked flavor. The picadillo was the only edible thing that we ordered and that was because it was overloaded with salt. Underwhelming and disappointing.

I love Cuban Eddie's so much. There is so much roja in the bowl and they are seasoned so well. The gravy is also very flavorful and pairs very well with rice!!! 10/10

Never had anything NOT turn out to be amazing from Cuban Eddie's! Excellent portions for the prices.
