bacon cheeseburger was delicious & juicy; some of the best bacon as well. Cajun fries are well seasoned. everything was nice and warm still

I ordered the cheeseburger with several toppings and regular cajun fries. The fries were abundant and great. However, the cheeseburger was a complete disappointment- it arrived in a plain bun, 2 patties and slice of cheese with no toppings or condiments. I called the store, talked to a manager (Jenna??) who said she could do nothing about it, I would have to call DoorDash. And I paid over $23 for this meal.

Fries drenched in salt and inedible, bacon cheeseburger had less than an inch cube of lettuce, paper thing bun soaked in grease, none of the other toppings ordered were added. Will not order here again. Worst ever burger

French fries were black and tasted like they were fried in dirty oil. The burger fell apart after two bites. Why anyone would eat here twice, Idk (apparently they have money to throw away). Aside from being outrageously expensive for a fast-food burger, it’s bad. In n Out beats 5 Guys hands down all around (consistency, taste, freshness, price, value). Sure, you gotta drive yourself there, but that’s the thing — really good fast-food burger joints don’t deliver. They don’t have to.
