Absolutely love the Jalapeno Popper Burger! I have ordered it 3 times and had been perfect! Onion Rings are also always good. Go to BCB you won't regret it!

Ordered on door dash for my office of 9 people at 10am since they don't open until 11. I didn't want to wait until 11am to order and have them rush since our lunch time is at 12pm. My coworker went to pick up the order. She noticed the bag was completely open with the fries out/exposed. She mentioned they looked cold, and she was scolded that she wasn't there right at 11:35am for the pick-up time. She then mentioned that there were drinks for the order, to which the owner stated "We don't do drinks for doordash anymore". To which she replied, she wasn't doordash, she just ordered on the app. And drinks were paid for already on the app. So he gives her the drinks. Then she asks for 4 sides of ranch. The owner replied, "we aren't in the business of giving away things for free." She was more than happy to pay for them. She paid $4.80 for 4 small sides of ranch that should have been $1 total.
They don't have a website to order off of, you can only order on doordash. The menu on doordash is not complete to the restaurant, and you can't substitute everything. As well, the prices on doordash are inflated, even for pickup. They don't have desserts or sides listed to purchase. And if you order a drink on doordash, you can't see or specify what type. So if you order delivery, you can't specify your drink at all and either have to have the delivery driver ask you or get a surprise.

the fries were GREAT andstill crispy even after delivery,the hot dog had a nice bite to it and I will be ordering again to try the menu
