As always, the Special Market Salad was as enticing and beautiful as a wrapped gift, and tasted complex yet as fresh as morning dew. But the Presa de Cerdo Iberico Ahumada was the real present; its smoky, succulent pork was sauced perfectly! If you eat pork, it's a clear winner.

This is not what Paella * is supposed to be like, lacking in seasoning, overcooked and lacks authenticity. No saffron flavor either. It was nothing compared to paella in Madrid. The chicken was also overcooked and barely edible. Rice was burned to a crisp. Makes me feel like they charged for the metal cooking pan that it was served in.

I like this restaurant. My cheeseburger was great. The store (Ser) did not include my drink order and when I called them, they did not apologize nor did they attempt to bring me my drink order. I have never had this happen before.
