Highly recommended. The Ultimate Grilled Cheese Supermelt really is super! So delicious! Love the soups; the clam chowder is superb. As always, the Fribbles are creamy and dreamy. Utensils provided. The menu is great; it is always hard to choose from the large and varied selections as I want them all! Fast delivery, great customer service and great food earns 10 stars!

Well, these used to be a lot bigger portions. But aside from that, the Chicken Quesadilla has about 2 pieces of chicken per slice. Everything tastes alright, enough, but this is very little food for $27.

They gave 4 French fries with my turkey club. No drink. No sauce for the fries. Turkey club did taste very good. They forgot the butterfinger friendz for the 5th time. Had to request a refund for that and still haven't received it. The last 4 times this occurred I just brushed it off but 5 times...really? That's not all, either. Over 3 times I have ordered the adult entree of chicken tenders and French fries with a side of barbecue sauce. Every time I've ordered this, they send me barbecue smothered chicken tenders. Not what I ordered but they like to imagine things while they read I guess. How difficult is it to read an order and place everything in the bag that was ordered and paid for? I used the service DoorDash. This wasn't DoorDash's fault, though. They did their job exceptionally well. So I still tipped the driver, but had to ask for a refund in the DoorDash app. At this point their turkey club isn't worth the poor service received by Friendly's inability to correctly read an order and complete it accurately. Too much of a hassle especially considering they aren't reliable and I almost guarantee that if I gave them another chance, they'll mess it up again. I'll switch to 5 Guys, they have better portions and better food, plus they get their orders right.

The Lemon Pepper Fish was delicious and the Fribble, as always, frosty, refreshing and delicious. Friendly's ice cream is the best and the meals are very tasty and filling. Friendly's is always good for a great meal!

Okay, my past review is a bit off. This is 1 star for sure. I used to LOVE the Friendly's chicken quesadilla, but what I got is more like a cheese quesadilla. There's hardly any chicken, but what's worse, there's no seasoning or flavor at all. It's just (probably frozen) diced white meat chicken, likely microwaved, and jack cheese. Definitely not worth $12. I wish I could've gotten some money back on this $32 order, but Door Dash says it's ineligible. Lesson learned.
