They always do great but today's plate was exceptionally delicious! The cabbage and carrots were cooked to perfection & I highly recommend selecting Rahel's for your next meal.

I went to Rachel's Ethiopian  restaurant a few months ago, and it was absolutely delicious! So I didn't think twice about two weeks ago.. I ordered online for pick up paid $27 only to discover that I had two tablespoons of three different kind of lentil stew, and some salad on my bread. The quality of the food was not the same, on top of that it was very bland. I will not be going back. They have for sure. Lost a customer.

I want to like this place but after two disappointing trips I think id rather try another Ethiopian spot. First time was in person and we got on of the sampler plates. While it wasn't bad it was lacking the depth from all the spots I used to go to back in Oakland.
Recently i ordered a mango and a cookies n cream cake because they look delicious and moist.
While the cake was moist,it had a very odd flavor to it. I hate wasting food but I couldn't get myself to finish it.

So good and lasted me 2 days! Their portions are amazing and they threw in a sambusa which was so good. And super fresh
