Chic-Gil-a is at the top of my list for cleanliness and quality. DD drivers are friendly, professional and trustworthy. My chicken sandwich was perfect..remove pickles, unbuttered! The chicken soup had a good balance of noodles and was delicious. I was very pleased with everything
and am a frequent shopper of DD.

First time EVER I have been disappointed with a meal from here. Both Spicy Deluxe Sandwich I ordered had almost zero chicken. It was a bunch of fried batter on a bun! The nuggets were way way over cooked. I don't know what happened here but my happy place is gone. Gave 3 stars because their sauce made even the sandwiches edible.

I’m genuinely impressed that Chick-fil-A managed to serve me chicken strips this small and still call them chicken strips.
I ordered chicken strips, not chicken crumbs. These things were so tiny that the barbecue sauce packet in the picture is practically the same size as the food. I genuinely thought someone had accidentally given me the leftover pieces that broke off of actual chicken strips.
Chick-fil-A isn’t exactly cheap, so getting a box of these sad little chicken fragments is ridiculous. If portions have gotten this small, either lower the price or stop calling them strips.
This was embarrassingly bad. I’ve had bigger pieces of chicken fall off a nugget.

Three different times they have forgotten a sandwich in our order which then I have to pay to get it ordered again plus extra either in a small order fee or to add more to avoid the fee. Double checking the order before sealing the bag would go a long way. We won't be ordering again.
