Ordered a drink and some mini cookies and the cookies taste like they were taken out of the freezer and not even baked yet. The cookies are gray, cold and mushy and don't taste right at all. The drink is alright, but doesn't taste the same as the other location I've gone to. Sadly disappointed with Swig today.

Love the flavors and everything, but when I ask for modifications like no strawberry puree for example in a drink, they'll still put it in. Would get again because I love the flavors and portion sizes, but would want a little more attention to detail.

This store tends to mess up our orders often. We asked for popping pearls in both of our drinks, but they did not add them to one of the custom soda.

They forgot one of my drinks. I got a refund and had to reorder it but then had to pay an additional $7 just for another tip and service fees since it was under $12.
