For awhile we stopped ordering Five Guys because the fries were so bad and the burgers kept arriving soggy. Thankfully, it seems they got the issues worked out! The fries were fully cooked, hot, and plenty of them. .. yay, the old FiveGuys is back!

The fries were inedible... almost raw potatoes. And there was only a clump of about 10 total fries. Good thing they were inedible I guess. Literally never had a single bad fry from Five Guys, disappointed for sure.

burgers are still decent (but $$$) but the fries get worse and worse. We've enjoyed Five Guys as "our burger place" for about 14 years... not anymore. last two times the fries were half the normal size, severely undercooked, and almost $9.

I payed 10$ for a large fry and it came in a cup, was not cooked it was all raw potato and it wasn't even seasoned.

Love the consistency. From Grilled Cheese Sandwich to my family's favorite Little Cheeseburger really great value and tasty. Always fresh is what makes me comeback. And the Little Fries !
