I love me some 5Guys ! The burgers are always juicy and flavorful, veggies are fresh, Fries taste like a freshly seasoned potato with a lil crunch. The staff always work in a timely fashion and, always greet me with a welcoming smile everytime I visit in person.

I order this for my grandson and as he said, "They let us down". The fries were so hot in the bag that they steamed everything. The bag was soaking wet from the steam and fell apart. The was a huge amount of fries and they were sad, wet and limp. The burger had a little piece of lettuce on it. Not a big deal, unless you are a kid that has sensitivities. So I basically threw $30. In the garbage.

So it absolutely is big proportions, very fulfilling bacon Bacon Cheeseburger.
Regular Fries are overflowing with is amazing, and salted to perfection.
Milkshake is to die for, always great I get the Reese's pieces.
I'm giving it a three because this is a second day in a row, I've had to order takeout because I'm in the hospital. And yesterday my fries were missing, and they did not include any ketchup both days, which sucks when you want to enjoy the fries.

Ordered little fries and got a total of maybe 10 soggy fries. Patties were burnt, cold and hard. Bun was soggy. One of the worst burgers I've had.

Way over cooked and incredbly small burger patties. Better off eating at any other burger place with this quality.
