I have always enjoyed Aunt Butchies food, but tonight was a miss. The Caesar Salad was fine, but $19 is a poor value and my husband prefers the local pizzeria's dressing. The Grilled Chicken with Broccoli Rabe had its own problems. The chicken was dry and the broccoli rabe was way over-seasoned with red pepper flakes to the extent of being almost inedible. I've enjoyed this dish multiple times from this restaurant but tonight was not a good night for them. I'm going to have a hard time ever convincing my husband to order from there again.

Unfortunately my experience was awful ...
Mussels - tough , old, watery bland sauce
Lobster Ravioli- store bought 
Vodka sauce- bland
Caponata - decent but toasted bread dripping in oil.

The food was delicious. I appreciate that they allow you to add additional instructions and many restaurants do not. I like my salmon well done and won’t order it if I can’t specify that since it will come undercooked for my taste. My dish came perfectly prepared.

Usually order this soup ALL the time, especially when under the weather. Today way too salty. Couldn't even eat more than 2 bites. :(
