the burger was fantastic. always love their burgers. fries were really good, but I have to say, I kinda missed the "bag of fries" I'm used to seeing when I order in restaurant, but again, overall really good quality

The burger and hot dog were delicious. However, the fries were extremely overcooked and way too much salt. I don't understand why fresh fries need to be cooked to death. I think you should ask the customer how they prefer to have their fries cooked. You take the deliciousness, texture, and taste of fresh fries by overcooking.

Fries were cold and overcooked. My favorite part about Five Guys are their fries however, this time it was very disappointing. The fries were so overcooked and maybe even recooked that the center of the fries were hollow.

my Little Fries was overcooked also my Bacon Cheeseburger had overcooked bacon
