First time we tried this spot and so glad we did! Hot, fresh, delicious! Ken ab Platter -- Double Skewer meat was juicy and flavorful. The pita, rice, tzatziki sauce and salad were all so yum. Hummus was on point. I called in to make a change on my kebab and the guy who answered was helpful and courteous. Will definitely order again.

All their dishes are amazing to the palette as always but we especially love the Koobideh and Keema style skewers for their respective, unique and authentic flavors. So glad we have this wonderful restaurant close to home. Saves us from having to drive to the North of the Triangle.

Every order we have gotten to-date has been of steady outstanding consistency in terms of flavor, texture and proportion (ratio). Quality of ingredients is also superior. It also helps a lot that none of their dishes is salty nor overpowering; rare in the Triangle based on other Mediterranean businesses we patronize. While this may not be important to others, we actually appreciate how Kebab Skewer places extreme care in not only its food prep and packaging, but they diligently and correctly label every food item, which helps take the guesswork out especially with us ordering many items often.

Kebab Platter -- Double Skewer was amazing, as always. The steak is so tender. Hummus was nice and creamy. Fresh Baked Bread is so good. The Greek Salad was so full of feta and pitted olives. I do wish they gave two dressings.

The Chicken Kebab Skewer is juicy, Fresh Baked Bread was still fully/warm, and the Rice was cooked well (not over/under done). 10/10!
