First time in DC and saw this place when driving by in the taxi to my hotel. Decided to try it. Was pretty good! Sandwich a little toastier than I prefer but otherwise good! Chili was also good, I like to try it from different places but being from Hawaii, I forget it doesnt normally come with rice lol.

Paid an extra $2 for bacon in my soup and there was no bacon. Broccoli cheddar soup texture was also pretty bad

The Mediterranean was VERY salty- I usually get this sandwich and have never had this problem. Hard to eat

Every time I come to the area I have to get to Potbelly's at least once. Great food and great service as always. Love their Italian
