Hands down the best burger in town food came Hot and Fresh There should be a option for light salt on fries but other than that The burger was spectacular

Meh... for the price the food should at least be warm. If I wanted to microwave something I would have ate leftovers. The burgers were sloppily put together. 1/2 the burger & cheese was off the bun crumpled in the foil. . This is a store issue not a driver / delivery person issue. I'll think twice before pay almost $40 for 2 burgers & a few fries from 5 guys.

Used to work at this Five Guys location and I go pretty often with a very particular order. I recently caught covid so I have been DoorDashing all of my food, and since you can't type out any special instructions anymore, I wasn't able to customize my order the way I wanted. However, my old coworker (shoutout to Leighanne) recognized my name and my order and remembered my usual customizations like separate bags, barbeque OTS for my fries, etc. and still did them for me even though it wasn't on the ticket since I go so often. Food was also hot and delivered fast. Thank y'all!

My order was ALL wrong. I ordered a cheeseburger. I got a TOUGH meat patty with lettuce, tomato, pickles and BURNT bacon. It was In a little tin container....NO BUN. My fries were cold. I ordered a chocolate shake and a strawberry shake with Reese's bites. Five guys took forever to fill the order...which was ALL WRONG!!!!! I am trying to call Five Guys but the number is busy after 45 minutes. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT Again.
