They are typically pretty good, but the past 3 times have been very unsatisfactory! The pizza slices were burnt and dry! I have had better 3 day old left over pizza! I'm getting concerned Sbarros is not caring about their quality.

They cut a large pizza 14" into 4 LARGE pieces! We have other staff sharing this pizza, not just 1 person! I did not specify to cut it this way!

My Stromboli was burnt black on the bottom, tastes disgusting. Wishthey remade the right way on that note the breadsticks were better than ihave ever had them there before and the pizza was mediocre. Really upset about my Stromboli though.

The Pepperoni and Cheese pizzas and Garlic Cheesy Bread were still raw in most areas of the crust.
