I apologize for my not so pretty photos, I separated and added the sauces (they include them on the side for each roll). Love this place! I demolished half of my edamame before snapping a pic because I couldn't help myself. They have the best SPICY GARLIC EDAMAME I've gotten anywhere in ATX yet. Their rolls are always delicious and the selection is great, I love the different specials they have. Tonight we really enjoyed the YANAGI ROLL , DRAGON ROLL , and JULIO’S SPECIAL 2 . The HOT NIGHT ROLL is one we've gotten in the past, but was not our favorite compared to the others. The MISO SOUP is alright but nothing crazy.

FIRE CRACKER ROLL has a nice kick to it! Loved it more than HOT NIGHT ROLL tbh but all still super yum!! The SALMON TOWER is a huge portion, very delicious. The FATTY SALMON (SAKE TORO) (SASHIMI 4 PCS) was so amazing, super fresh too. I'd buy two orders next time

The sumo roll used to be filled with fish and this time there was barely any fish in the roll. It was mostly filled with cucumber. For $18, it was extremely disappointing.

The sam's special roll was okay. It was oily and really spicy I didnt expect that. The yellowtail roll was okay also. The cut the fish into a really big chunk which I wasnt a fan of. The spicy salmon tasted really fishy.

The KATSU DON was excellent, veggies and liquid came separate so it wasn't soggy on arrival. The ESCOLAR (SUPER WHITE FISH) (SASHIMI 4 PCS) and SALMON (SAKE) (SASHIMI 4 PCS) come with above average portion sizes/cuts which was nice, and in addition to big pieces they gave me 5 each instead of 4!! Sadly they didn't taste as well as I'm used to from other places, but that said, I just had to go a bit harder on the wasabi dissolved soy sauce dipping and I still thoroughly enjoyed them -- I'm happy!
