Panera is always fresh and arrives pippining hot. The bread was soft and fresh. The taste is great just like Panera provided with consistency, Good portion sizes, adequate napkins and soup spoons. I noticed the driver had a brief wait but consistently informed about the time. i appreciate his diligence. I do notice the food items are properly packaged and the delivery bag is securely taped
shut. i find Panera and my door dash delivery man are reliable and therefore i trust i can enjoy my food order without worries. This is excellence!

Tiny cup of soup with some chicken shreds bread is hard like day old bread definitely not a good value

Ordered two soups at 10 bucks each. Bistr French Onion Soup had no croutons. Neither soup had bread included. Madagascar Vanilla Latte was only 3/4 full. Total rip off today.

The Cinnamon Roll was hard and not tasty. The new Ham Croissant Benny was amazing! Please keep this on the menu!!
