• 26/7/22Assam tea and jasmine tea quality is phenomenal. Most of the time the boba is fresh (the previous time it was a tiny bit crunchy :( but still not stale). I really love the consistency of quality here. One thing I'd like to see changed is that the lowest level of sweetness is still too sugary. Look to gong cha for reference on how sweet this level should be.

• 9/10/24I buy 7 leaves a lot for my house more so with my night shift coworkers. Yesterday, 1 of the drinks we ordered was not available. The store made it right by providing a free drink and voucher. This to me is excellent customer service. Thank you 7 leaves!

• 15/11/24Japanese Matcha Tea needs that extra scoop even with easy ice. seemed to mellow n watered down without it. also the Herbal Tea is tooo sweet.
