GET TO KNOW US Everyone who loves Japanese food will know what Ramen is, but Tsukemen is a different type of ramen. The noodles and soup are served separately, and the noodles are to be dipped and slu…
Chashu Tsukemen could be the most delicious noodle dish I've ever had. The succulent, perfectly cooked chashu is the best I've ever had. Perfectly chewy noodles. Generous portion. Sugoi!
Chicken Bowl is amazing value. Tender breast marinated and steamed, served over rice. So juicy! The spicy side salad was the perfect accompaniment. No where else on the westside offers anything close to this quality meal for the price.

The size of the side order of chicken chashu was shameful. 3 very thin slices 2 inches in length for $5.50.
Chashu Tsukemen was cold and bland. Was only palatable when I heated it up and added lime. Pork and egg were delicious
The pork chashu in the spicy ramen was also ridiculous. 2 very thin slices. Not like the Chashu Tsukemen which had large thick slices.

The Charshu Tsukemen is full of flavor and amazing. The soup is thick and full of flavor. The noodles are thick with a nice chew, the egg is cooked perfectly, and the charshu had just the right amount of fat. Overall a really amazing Tsukemen.

Vegan ramen did not have the tofu on it and very little vegetables. Mostly just noodles and not worth it

I've been dying to try this place and for at least delivery we were very underwhelmed. The Charsiu Ramen was horribly salty and my husband who eats everything wouldn't eat it. the traditional Ajitama Tsukemen was salty and very average. the Salmon & Ikura Bowl traveled poorly and had a slightly off flavor. Bummer for a fun Friday dinner.
