The steak was very small and had an unusually large amount of tough fat for a "prime" New York Strip. The ribs were also very difficult to get meat off of. Their bone Beef Marrow & Oxtail Marmalade is the best though. Combining that with the Foie Gras Terrine is pure decadence.

Hanger Steak Forestiere was not what I expected. The mushrooms were very good. The Greek Salad is one of the best I have ever had....the Mashed Potato are also on point...a little bit lumpy but also creamy. the Branzino is also delicious but it's 1 filet.

Ridiculous price for a Caesar Salad with very little lettuce and not very tasty sauce. So little for so much, that's it for Blue Ribbon and me. This is taking advantage of the customer to the extreme.

It was fine. Lots of gristle in the ribeye, which was cooked well but very unevenly seasoned. Corn was supposed to come with a sauce; it didn't. Nothing to wow me for this price, unfortunately.
