Dragon Rouge is one of my lunch go-tos. The mango steak blankets are always delicious, a perfect combination of sweet mango and savory steak, the mango is firm not soggy. Depending on my mood I order the Dragon Rouge Combo Bowl (pork, chicken, shrimp, and a crispy roll on top of noodles and lots of herbs on the side or Curry Dip, it is a Bahn Mi with a side of delicious curry. We also love to eat in at this restaurant with great outdoor seating overlooking the water.

Well I did want to have a light meal, and this place made sure of that the Pineapple Salad was super dry even with the fish sauce,with I guess the standard 6 shrimp, and the pineapples looked and tasted like apples, what a waste, the Mango Salad wasn't to much better....Never again on menu.

The cook understood the assignment when I asked for Level 10 for the Garlic Noodles! The Garlic Wings are always on point and nice to see these were nice and plump! And the Garlic Broccoli is just a nice side to finish off the 'garlic' theme! Always a good go to!

The wings were very tasty and good sized. The Pot Stickers were very small and the fried sides were burnt. Also, I couldn't open the sauce container without spilling it.

Taste was excellent as usual. This is our go-to pho place. How tonight whn we ordered beef pho, we only got 2 pieces of meat. Usually we get 3 pieces with our broth and 3 in with the noodles. This time, only 2 pieces came with the broth.
If this is a new change, then the price needs to decrease to reflect its worth. $14 for 2 pieces of beef in beef pho is not worth it. A shame because we love Dragon Rouge.
