The bagels were warm and fresh! The coffee was made perfect and the cream cheese was so creamy . All in all great stuff.

2 or 3 pieces of bacon and stale potatoes for $13 is insane. $5 for a 12 oz iced teas... insane. For a chain of delis you guys need to step your game up.

Not edible.. bacon was disgustingly burnt and they gave very little.. definitely NOT good like the strathmore bagels of ronkonkoma .. very disappointing!

I don't typically leave reviews. I've ordered from here a few times but today I was so disappointed. My bacon egg and cheese was put in a container, freely, it was not wrapped. It was placed next to freezing cold home fries. There was a fork in the plastic container just like thrown on top of the food. My sandwich was soggy and the eggs were cold, I ended up peeling the eggs off, heating them up in my microwave and throwing the rest of the food out. Not to mention, the container had egg yolk spilling out of it so the bag had yolk in it and the bagel I ordered separately, had yolk on it as well. I am disappointed and hungry.

Order was incorrect, bacon and home fries were hard as a rock and not edible. Very disappointing, wont be ordering again from them.
