The Firehouse Meatball® was great but the New York Steamer® was awful. We always order these two and usually it's robust but there was strip of meat, no cheese, and and overwhelming amount of mustard. I'm sure it was a bad day but sucks because I only get one lunch break!

Absolutely delicious! The medium size is perfect for us. The sub was fresh and packed with meat sliced just right. Will buy again.

sub was good. mac an cheese size was smaller than expected and they gave me a fork to eat mac and cheese with...most places give spoons...there were no napkins either but aside from those slight issues the food was still good

I wish I could rate them higher, but the lettuce always tastes and smells old. I used to work in food service, and I suspect they make up large volume of lettuce and let it sit in a large food service container. It may be that the food service containers are not cleaned correctly. All I know is I don't notice this problem with other sandwich places. Firehouse used to be my #1 place to order subs from and other Firehouses don't have this problem.
