expected to have whipped cream on top but there wasn't any. good basic milkshake otherwise.

I ordered the Online Exclusive Price - Family Big Box which was great, I have 5 people in my household (2 smaller kids) and 3 adults and it was enough for us. We also ordered Milkshakes which were good. The food was hot, the milkshakes were cold so no complaints there, I'd absolutely get this again, especially for the price.

Biscuit is raw and doughy .... LITERALLY RAW.
AND when you pay for a large combo and add tomatoes that means a large grits (for LARGE size combo) and a decent piece of tomato. paid extra and didn't get what was supposed to come with combo.
Very disappointed at the inconsistentcy in quality. this isn't edible today.
Have had good food from this location but, not today.

First time doing Doordash with Jack's, but I am very happy with results. My go to is the Big Jack meal, but this time I got the Bigger Jack meal and I was not disappointed. Tasted fresh and was the right temperature. Fries were hot and fresh, Coke was not watered down and the shake was good as well!

VERY LITTLE GRAVY ON BISCUITS. NOTHING LIKE THE USUAL. HALF CONTAINER OF GRITS. THEY ARE USUALLY NO COMPLAINTS WITH JACKS. TODAY WAS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
