Our story began in New York’s Chinatown. Inspired by the constant innovation of the city, we decided to fuse sweet soups in traditional Hong Kong style with modern desserts.
The S3. Mango Pancake is heavenly and fresh and light and creamy and yummy per usual! This was my first time trying the H5. Ube Soup with Sago & Rice Ball and im so glad I did. Not too sweet, perfect warm temperature.

Ube Soup with Sago & Rice Ball was very good , subtle sweetness. The Mango Mille Cake was amazing, also not too sweet. They do a good job at not making things too sugary. everything was packed well too.

wasn't a big fan of the fruit mousse deserts. it was frozen had a freezer burnt crisp to it. not a big fan. I was surprised. and I wish the mousse wasn't frozen nd just cold as it should be. maybe I'm wrong

S11 Creme Brulee Mille Crepe Cake was amazing. S3. Mango Pancake (2) was interesting and refreshing, glad I tried it but wouldn't reorder. I'll be back for the S11 Creme Brulee Mille Crepe Cake and to try something new.

The mango pancake is pretty good. The strawberry chocolate sundae is good too. But the crêpe cakes are dry as a bone like they've been sitting in the case for over a week.
