The mitten cookie looked like it was decorated by a four year old. $3.19 for an ugly cookie is a darn shame. Someone just slapped some generic blue frosting on it, badly. No decoration. Tasty, but seriously ugly. I would not have purchased if I'd seen it ahead of time.

My french onion soup had almost no cheese (a few rogue shavings sprinkled in), they didn't send the croutons with it and the steak and mozzarella sandwich had such little filling (meat and cheese) I had to open it up to see if I just got empty bread (which I may as well have). I generally enjoy Panera. This time was a poor experience at best.

Eh, havent been there for years. The quality seems to have gone down ten dollars for a bowl of clam chowder that was not edible. Sandwich had minimal meat. Never again.

the chicken noodle soup was sour and had a thick layer of fat floating on the top. it seemed like it was old/rancid. Too disgusting to get past. the salad was ok but they only gave maybe a half a teaspoon of dressing for some reason, like the ramican was only 1/4 full and its a smaller ramican, so it was not enough to actually dress the salad. this lunch was really bad, spent a lot of money and ended up throwing out most of it. the croutons and parm shavings were the only redeemable thing.

What can I say about the Creamy Tomato Soup that I haven't said before?! It's delicious as usual and my favorite soup. The Cinnamon Swirl Bagel and Blueberry Bagels were fresh and go great with Plain Cream Cheese. Very happy with my order. Shoutout to my driver and Panera staff for the prompt service!
