I love ordering the 2 special. I am working and do not want big platters so the portions are perfect. Great quality food, always appreciate the drive to me

I ordered two bowls of broccoli cheddar soup but got delivered two cups. I complained and was told that Panera bread will re deliver. When I asked the time of delivery I was told they are closing so they can't deliver. It was 7:35 P.M but they refused. It was the third time Panera delivered cups instead of bowls. Their service is third rate

Old stale baguette, zero chicken, too much dressing, too many soggy croutons. Very disappointed.

Greek yogurt is a diffe size than in the picture . Not worth the amost $8

Food was fine. It's always pretty good. The one star is for the restaurant service. I walked in and sat next to the takeout cubbies. There's a screen that shows orders in progress and order names that are completed. Nothing was on the screen, no contact from any employees (3 standing around the cashier talking), and one sweeping near the kitchen window. I assumed with the cubbies and order screen that they food would be brought there once it was done. Well, I sat there for a few minutes and realized that no one was bringing orders to the cubbies. So I sat there, no greeting, no interaction and my food was in the window the whole time. Why have a takeout system at all?
