Neither bagel was toasted. If anything, it might've been put into a microwave. But no toast marks or crispness at all. Also very little cream cheese. So different than big daddy bagels. Chai was good, but only 3/4 full.

usually my food arrives warm and my drink arrives mixed so this is definitely a really off day for them. the Cold Brew, Large is always a little chocolate heavy on the bottom but it mixes easily enough and it's tasty. I can tell the Cinnamon Bliss Roll is fresh just not warm. I would order again it's my preferred meal.

Hardly any shmear on both our bagels!! What a rip off. So dry.

The All-Nighter Egg Sandwich is a must. I originally tried it when running behind for work. Now, I order one almost every weekend. This is one of the best bagels at Einstein Bros.
