Every thing was great brisket was juicy and tender order was 100% correct and packaged great lemonade was still cold with ice and the best part was the Carolina Barbecue Sauce

ordered two of the two meals plates,one with ribs and sliced brisket, the other with ribs and pulled pork. all the ribs had hardly any meat on them and the little meat there was, was burnt to a crisp and tough like jerky. the sliced brisket was mostly fat. the pulled pork was ok. the beans were ok, there was no bread, they forgot one of the bbqs, and the potato casserole didnt have cheese or chives. dickeys is a shadow of what it used to be. Minimal effort. wont be ordering from there again. Quality went down the drain and prices remained the same. $21 dollars for a 2 meat plate, and it was worth maybe 5. lesson learned, its pokeys or homecooked bbq from now on.

Worst dickies I have ever ordered from. Brisket was dry, ribs had little to no meat. No forks, napkins , or other utensils

The food is good, but the photographs are not accurate, and customer care is lacking. The chili photo shows onions and cheese, but there was none. The chili was good but was soupy, not thick. The Texas toast photograph shows a whole slice of brioche toast, but what you get is actually half of a hot dog bun. Also, common sense should tell you that when a customer orders a whole pound of meat with 12 slices of Texas (hot dog bun) toast, they probably will need more than 4 Tbsp's of barbecue sauce. Why so stingy with the sauce? Just saying...

Got the Giant Baker with with Meat and they gave me extra ribs! Made my night. Delivered faster than expected. It comes with plenty of meat at no extra cost so I simply love Dickey's!
