Left a previous comment on how the bacon was always undercooked. I appreciate this cafe for acknowledging the review and making the change. Lately the bacon has been perfect not too crispy, not too undercooked! 5 stars

The food at First Watch is always consistent and delicious. I have been a patron for years and have yet to not get something freshly made. The Bacado Omelet I got was perfect in flavor and size that I almost didn't finish my Fresh Seasoned Potatoes!
Thank you always to the staff for the wonderful breakfast and Project Sunrise Coffee!

The staff goes above and beyond! The food is always delicious and consistent - this is my favorite breakfast spot. Special shout out to GM Beth who takes extra time and care to make sure you always want to return! Thanks for always being the best part of my morning!

the Belgian Waffle is always so good and such a classic go to and their Bob's Red Mill Buttered Grits are so flavorful and cooked to perfection!
