Classic Ramen flavorful and filled to the hilt w/ top grade beef (brisket?), boiled egg, and veg and noodles of course. the dessert yuzu custard was refreshing and a great end to the meal, not smarmy sugar just outstanding. wakame had the right seasoning and was an excellent complement as a side or starter.

Toki used to be our go-to ramen place, but this order was just not good. The Tokyo Curry Chicken Ramen (Pork Broth) didn't have much flavor, the noodles were overcooked.
One bright spot was the Sake battered Cauliflower Steam Bun (4pc) and Full Chicken Steam Bun (4pc), though they provided less chicken than they used to. I might give them another chance in person but definitely not delivery

Delicious, consistently high quality ingredients with varying complimentary textures and flavors. The chicken buns are worth the hype!

Salty: the dumpling "sauce" and the ramen broth, especially the red miso, were hideously -- almost inedibly -- salty. The same was true with our last order, but we figured it was a one-off and decided to try again. There will be only one more chance after this. We're also disappointed at the absence of sake choices, which used to be available. Things have changed, and not for the better.
