I got the Mì Quãng, and I liked it!! I just think that the soup could've used some more broth. With how little broth I was given compared to how many noodles I was given, it was more like a noodle dish with sauce rather than a soup. Other than that, everything tasted good!

Packaging 5/5 (double bagged sauce and separated crushed peanuts & bean sprouts). Taste 3/5 (noodles are slightly dried; the grilled meat is painfully dried which is a shame since there's such a generous portion of it; the shrimp thing I ordered extra is fine but nothing to drive home about). Not recommended.

the best *Bún Bò Huế in this area!
appropriate portion size (large for an average person!) fresh greens and tender meats. been ordering bun bo hue around the town and always come back for this one!́

banh beo is delicious and you get a good amount, veggie bun bo hue was extremely salty to the point where i couldn't finish it but the regular bun bo hue is delicious and well balanced

Bun Bo Hue was bad. They really skimp on the toppings. It's supposed to come with sliced beef shank, pork knuckle/ham hock, cha hue (pork sausage) and sometimes cubed pork blood. Also it should come with fresh herbs and garnishes including shredded banana blossom, bean sprouts, basil, lime, purple perilla, and saw-tooth. The herbs were missing purple perilla and saw-tooth. Also there was no sliced beef shank, pork knuckle/ham hock, cha hue (pork sausage) and sometimes cubed pork blood. All I got were a few thin sliced cheap eye of round. The broth was tasteless too.
