• 12/2/26Food was good,but Signature Turtle is a rip off at $7+. Cup next to it is a McDonald's large drink cup for comparison. Freddy's should be embarrassed.

• 22/3/26We did not get what we ordered. Both sundaes were the strawberry dream cake , in addition I paid for two large sundaes and received one large and one regular. This is the second time it happened, I let it go the last time but this time it deserves a review as it appears to be the new norm.

• 18/12/25Order was correct; however, the cheese curds were overcooked (where cheese was gone) and covered in burnt crumbs.
The sundaes had very little hot fudge and no whipped cream or cherries.

• 8/2/23There was nothing seemingly wrong with the food is just all tasted horrible. The fries were good. The milkshake was laughably bad and the burger was burnt, rubbery, and tasteless. Maybe thats just how its supposed to be? From looks alone it was appealing. However, I will never order from here again.

• 17/2/25New packaging for burgers is now in a bag instead of a box , all the burgers were squashed. The worst was our single patty cheeseburger which was almost flat found under the bag of fries and 3 other burgers.
At aleast the whole order was provided.
