I loved the Baileys.  The combination of ingredients works really well.  It may be a tiny bit pricey for the size, but was delicious. 

The one with the apples and walnuts would have been better with smaller walnuts,  maybe peeled apples? and more sauce.  It was tasty, but pretty hard to chew. Especially in big doses.

Strawberry Milkshake : pretty much ZERO ice cream, all ice and strawberry flavoring. 
Cinnamon Fold:  too much cinnamon on the top of the crepe, could use a little more honey. Still good and sweet but too much cinnamon on top for me :)
Key Lime Pie Cake: so so SO GOOD!!
