• 23/2/24Sushi Ai is my favorite for sushi! The Edamame are tender but not mushy. The Miso Soup is salty and flavorful. The Salmon sashimi (or nigiri) is my absolute FAVORITE - fresh, with an almost creamy mouthfeel. This was my second time ordering Avocado Bon Bon(2) * and they were delicious dipped in soy sauce! (I don't love the roe on top so I skip it, but to each their own.)

• 25/2/25the honey cream cheese addition to the California roll was clutch!! The Hibachi chicken fried rice was good and adding the shrimp 🍤 made it even better. Very good sushi and they delivered my extra ginger 🫚 requests!!

• 16/9/24The Futo Maki Roll was very good. I especially enjoyed the pickled radish in this one. Quite unique. HOWEVER: they only gave 4 pieces so arguably not worth the price point.
The California Roll was tasty. You cant really go wrong with this one, so this is a nice, safe choice.
The Spider Roll is usually my favorite sushi roll, but it was not good from here. Some parts felt tough like I was eating shell (inner pieces, not tail pieces), so that was not pleasant. I would not order this roll again.
Overall, the sushi was good but not great and the portions were average to small. Perhaps the portions were small because I ordered 3 rolls and they took advantage of the takeout box size, but if that is the case, then that's just unethical.

• 17/3/24I ordered different items 2 nights in a row. The miso soup is flavorful and consistent tasty, hot and has some tofu & seaweed. The roles I ordered were as described & were Fresh, tasty and plentiful. My only complaint is that the spicy is not very spicy. I know it's a Midwest thing where black pepper is a hot spice, yes my mom could eat it without complaint. Ha ha!

• 31/1/26Missing 1 tempura sauce with the order, but I did get the 2 additional sauces I paid for— Shimp Tempura dinner with salad amazing as always AND I got the extra Ginger Dressing(1) I paid for and I love it! However I didn't get the Spicy Ebiten Roll I ordered I received a type of shimp tempura roll with romaine lettuce in it...?? They did make the roll with the soy paper I ask for but wasn't what I ordered. Portion size was perfect!
